Sessions offered in person and online for all levels in Yoga, Yoga Dance and Yoga Therapy including, breath-work, meditation and relaxation.
Somita creates personally modified sessions to address your specific therapeutic requirements.
Somita offers a 10 week yoga4health course through NHS social prescribing referral or direct.
